2. Creating and accessing a MilkNET Account
How to apply: In order to access and become a registered user of MilkNET an account must first be created by using the register function of the website. The process for setting up a MilkNET account for consultants requires approval by a MilkNET administrator before the account can become available. You can apply for an account to be created by clicking on the “register” option on the website and filling in the text boxes..
Refusal: We reserve the right, at our discretion, not to accept an application to create a MilkNET Account.

6. Closing and suspending MilkNET Accounts
Closure by us without cause: We reserve the right to close any MilkNET Account for any reason, by giving one weeks' notice. We may also discontinue any feature of the Service immediately without notice.
Suspension while breach is investigated: If we reasonably believe that your MilkNET Account is being used in any way which is not permitted by these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Service immediately, until the issue has been resolved to our reasonable satisfaction.
Closure on breach: If you (or any of Your Business' other personnel who have access to the Service) fail to abide by these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to immediately cancel Your Business' MilkNET Account(s) without notice.
7. Disclaimer and your liability to us
IMPORTANT: This section restricts the extent to which we are liable for any losses which may be suffered in connection with your use of the Service. It also requires Your Business to compensate us for any loss we suffer as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.
